Inform Billing is pleased to announce Ellie Allseybrook has been appointed to Business Development Director, a newly created role working alongside owner-directors Shaun Bodsworth and Darren Salisbury.
Ellie joined the business in 2013 as a part-time Marketing Manager when Inform Billing was a small business of just seven employees and circa 50 customers. After relaunching the Inform Billing brand, then taking a maternity break, Ellie returned to the business in 2014, building significant traction in the channel and she has not looked back since.
Today the Inform Billing team has grown to 30+ staff, 300 customers and achieved a seven-fold increase in revenues in the same period!
Prior to her promotion, Ellie was responsible for overseeing all marketing and sales activity as well as supporting the business internally through its growth. Ellie’s new role will continue to build on these successes, providing a more strategic focus as well as greater involvement in the overall running of the business.
Ellie comment: “After being with Inform Billing now for eight years, I am immensely proud to be given the opportunity to join Shaun and Darren in the leadership of the business, especially as we leave behind the challenges of the past 18 months and enter a renewed period of growth. We have a number of exciting plans in the pipeline and the intention and ambition to take the business to the next level. We also have an incredibly talented team here at Inform Billing and I look forward to supporting the career development of others as the business goes from strength to strength.”
Inform Billing’s commitment to developing its people is clearly evident as Mark Dagley has also been promoted to ‘Head of Technical Solutions’ and Anna Calladine to ‘Head of Billing Operations and Services’. Having been with the company for 10 and nine years respectively, both have significant knowledge and experience, which is cascaded down to ensure their teams provide exceptional value to customers.
