19 December – office closed from 12.15 until 15.15

Christmas Eve – office closed from 4pm

Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 27, 28, 29 December – Office closed

30^th & 31^st – emergency support available 10am – 3pm

1 January – office closed

2 January – business as usual
