Billing is a crucial element for channel partners and a really important aspect within their business. With increasingly tight margins, billing accurately and on time is essential. We are delighted to be shortlisted within the Billing Platform Vendor category. Focusing our entry on our Eclipse software and our continuous investment by contributing 45% of revenues every year, enabling the delivery of seven updates and 55 new features in 2023! Customer success is a real driver for us and we were able to share success stories for recapturing revenue and reducing monthly bill runs through to major works projects along with sales, account management and customer support feedback. We also shared details of launching Inform Analytics in 2023, delivering a range of business intelligence solutions to our customers, demonstrating channel leadership and innovation.
