Inform Billing is gearing up for the next stage in its growth by appointing Debbie Wealthall as Head of Sales.
Debbie brings almost 20 years’ experience working in telecoms and billing in a range of different roles, including sales and almost five years as a billing manager in a large resale business. More recently Debbie has worked in account management at Union Street Technologies and then as a Partner Business Manager at 9.
Debbie says: “I am thrilled and excited to dive back into billing where my true passion and expertise lies. My previous roles in sales, billing and supporting resellers have all given me a genuine understanding of what resellers need, meaning I can give valuable advice. Inform Billing has a market-leading product, backed up by a long-standing reputation for outstanding service and support – I can’t wait to speak to resellers about the benefits of partnering with us.”
Inform Billing launched the fully web-based version of its Eclipse billing software back in 2017, subsequently winning awards for the platform in 2017, 2019 and 2020. The business has grown to more than 30 staff and circa 300 customers, ranging from start-ups to those billing several millions pounds every month.
