As Inform Billing continues to grow, we are keen to ensure we remain accessible and proactive in our support of our customers. We’d like to get to know your business and how we can support you better; we are continually developing our software and services and we want to make sure you are always kept up to date on what is new and what improvements might particularly benefit your business.
With this in mind, we have a renewed emphasis on account management and are kicking off a brand-new programme. We have assembled and trained a group of colleagues from across the business who have the skills and experience to help you get the most from our billing partnership. Debbie, Anna, Matt and Sarah along with the newly promoted Billing Services Account Executives – Shelley and Emma – will be delivering the programme. Between them the team have over 50 years’ experience in the ICT channel and billing and have heaps of knowledge and experience to call on.
It will take a while to get around to hosting sessions with everyone – if you have a more pressing requirement for an account management session, please let us know and we will do our best to bring yours forward.
