Joining last April as Project and Product Administrator Karen has demonstrated a proactive approach making great strides in developing her knowledge of our products and supporting the product development.  She has been a key support in delivery of releases and working closely with stakeholders to support the roll out of new features with each release.

Her new role recognises the responsibilities Karen has been taking on in regards to requirement gathering and championing continued improvements to our products, and will see her take more responsibilities in this area and the associated planning and delivery utilising her wealth of previous product management experience.
