Inform Billing is pleased to announce Matt Bodsworth has been appointed to the role of Billing Operations Manager, a newly created role overseeing the Customer Support and Projects teams.

Matt joined Inform Billing in 2016, when he undertook a 4-year apprenticeship degree whilst working within the business.  Since then he has gone on to become a product expert and has successfully managed the largest and most complex customer onboarding projects.  Now with a first-class Business Management degree and a Prince2 Practitioner qualification, Matt is taking the next step in his career to share that knowledge as Inform Billing enters its next stage of growth.
