Anna has also worked in the telecoms industry for over 20 years in a variety of analytical, project and management roles. She joined Inform Billing in 2012 with a background in revenue assurance, regulatory compliance and billing. With overall responsibility for the Billing Services and Billing Support teams, Anna oversees customer set ups, migrations, bureau services, customer projects and daily support.
