Online support requests give customers more control

ZENDESK is the online system that Inform Billing uses for logging support requests. All customers can access the system and by raising support tickets through Zendesk, benefit from additional functionality:

  • You can give the request a priority rating to ensure it is completed in a timely manner
  • You can see who the job is assigned to, making it easier for you to get in touch if you need to
  • You can see the job history and track the status of the request
  • You can raise follow-up requests, in the rare event that the problem was not fully solved
  • You can mark tickets as solved if you find that the problem was not within the system
  • You can see all previous tickets and view historic data
  • You can access the system via a FREE app on your smartphone or tablet
