Recently we were asked if our billing solutions provide useful data and management information beyond the actual services bill.
It is useful to remember the bills that we generate are just a snapshot in time. Whilst resellers have the option to include a summary of key trends on their bills, this is just the tip of iceberg in terms of what we can provide and resellers or the end-customer can access.
For the end-customer, current and historical billing data can be accessed via our Enlighten online portal. Recently through Enlighten one of our larger resellers was able to provide a report immediately and free of charge to a high-profile client. This was in contrast to a ‘tier 1’ carrier who has quoted an extravagant amount to provide the same report.
Through Eclipse itself a range of reports is offered as standard – allowing the reseller to analyse the customer and supplier data, making informed decision on the products and services that they buy and sell.
In addition to these standard reports there is flexibility in the platform to access further advanced and custom reporting. For those with bespoke needs we can help to interrogate the database to receive any report required. We can also extract data from our billing platform into data farms to allow resellers to complete much larger interrogation over a combination of third party platforms.
In fact, even with our bureau service we provide customers with a full range of reports prior to gaining their approval for bills to go out.
